We are committed to providing products of the best quality and fit.
However, if in case the product doesn’t fit your size or is received damaged, we are happy to help you with a hassle-free exchange process.
All you need to do is initiate an exchange request through E-Mail: contact@irafashion.in with the particular order number within 2 days from your order's delivery date.
EXCHANGE PROCESS DUE TO SIZE ISSUES
1. Please refer to the size details mentioned on each product page before confirming your order. In case you are not sure about your size, we recommend you go for one size up for the perfect fit for you.
2. If you still face issues with the size once you receive the product, please send an email to contact@irafashion.in mentioning the order number and the details mentioning the issue you are facing within 2 Days once you receive your order.
3. Our team will be assisting everyone on a case-to-case basis. After 2 Days, the order will not be eligible for exchange.
4. Kindly take note we cannot assure you of offering the exchange as it depends upon the availability of your size in your design at that time. Exchange is allowed Once Per Order Only.
5. If our reverse pickup facility is not available for your pin code, you have to arrange for shipping of such product to us and we will send you the replacement.
6. Such Exchanges will involve INR 200 additional charges per item (to be paid in advance) to cover additional logistics and packaging expenses for your order.
Exchange eligibility: The product(s) requested for exchange should be in resalable condition. It should not be used, washed, or worn and must be returned with intact tags and original packaging.
EXCHANGE PROCESS -RECEIPT OF DAMAGED PRODUCT
We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:
· The item may be damaged during transit
· Or there might be a manufacturing defect
· Or that a wrong item is delivered to you
In such cases as given above, we will replace the item, provided that the request for replacement/ return of the item is made within the stipulated time-frame as mentioned above.
1. Kindly Note No exchange without a 360-degree parcel opening video clearly showing the Package label and damage.
2. Please send us an email at contact@irafashion.in with details of the issues you are facing along with the order opening video for verification purposes along with product images within 2 days once you receive your order.
3. All returns will be subject to our verification. Once your return request is received and verified. We will notify you of the approval or rejection (along with a valid justification).
4. Once it’s approved, we will arrange for the reverse pick up and dispatch a replacement of the same product if available. Exchange is allowed Once Per Order Only. In case it’s not available we would provide you an store credit of the same amount. The validity of the same will be of 30 days from the date of issuance.
WHEN EXCHANGE IS NOT ACCEPTED?
1. Due to colour Differences. A 10-15% Colour difference might be there due to screen resolution and lights. The apparel descriptions provided on our website include details and product specifications that are approximate and closest to reality. While we make every effort to accurately showcase colours, there may still be minor variations due to factors such as lighting and settings during photography, as well as the colour settings and properties of various monitors. Similarly, other details such as weight, work details, and size may vary slightly.
Therefore, customers should bear in mind the possibility of slight variations when placing an order on Ira fashion. We believe that every customer placing an order is fully aware of these minor variations that may occur for the actual colour of the outfit received.
2. If the Customer does not like the material or colour of the product order. We use the best quality material in the market and all product details are mentioned in the Product description. We would suggest you please read all the details before placing the order.
3. Due to any other reasons leading to a sudden change of mind after placing the order.

STITCHING FACILITY
STITCHING FACILITY
We provide you the service of getting a customized salwar kameez, lehenga choli, and blouse stitched according to the measurement provided in the form below and delivered along with the order. This measurement form is provided to only those customers who have opted for stitching while purchasing ethnic wear.
Important Note:
- Please allow for 5 working days extra for the customized salwar kameez, lehenga, and blouse to be stitched and sent. Note that this time is taken more apart from the actual delivery schedule of the order.
- If you select the body measurement, you will get the item 1 to 4 inches bigger than your submitted size to make the item wearable.

I have placed two order by mistake so how can I cancel one order ?
- Yes, you can cancel duplicate order within 24 hours.
Refund of your Duplicate order :
- Cash on Delivery : In this case you don’t have paid so no Refund but you have to inform us within 24 hours.
- Prepaid order by RazorPay: You will get refund with 5% deduct amount from your total amount of order because that is RazorPay transfer charges.
- Prepaid order by Paypal option: You will get refund with 8% deduct amount from your total amount of order because that is Payment Gateway transfer charges.
Is there a limit to the quantity that I can order?
Cash on delivery Order :
- You can give order up to 3000 RS only.
- Above 3000 Rs order you have to do pre-paid only.
- COD not available for international customer presently.
Prepaid Order :

- If there is damage then only you have to inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

What we can do ?
- We may constantly monitor the user’s account in order to avoid fraudulent accounts and transactions. Users with more than one account or availing our services fraudulently shall be liable for legal actions under applicable law and we reserve the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges, and lawyers fees from persons using the Site fraudulently. We reserve the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the Site and any other unlawful acts or omissions in breach of these terms and conditions. What happens to my money deducted from my debit card/credit card/Net Banking for an unsuccessful order?
- If your card is debited and no order placed, no need to panic at all!

CANCELLATION POLICY
