Returns, Refunds, Cancellations & Replacement Policy

What We Will Do Together

Step 1:
If you’ve received the wrong, expired, or damaged product(s), please raise a return or replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery. Submit your request with your order and contact details. You may also raise a request via our chat option.
Note: For damaged or missing products, requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.

Step 2:
Allow us up to 2 working days to review your return or replacement request.

Step 3:
After review, our courier partner will be arranged to pick up the product(s) from your location.

Step 4:
Once the product(s) are received, we will verify them and initiate a replacement or refund based on stock availability.

Conditions for Return or Replacement

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Expired product delivered
  • Damaged product (physical damage, tampered item, or damaged packaging)
  • Incomplete order (missing products)

Conditions Where Returns or Replacements Will Not Be Accepted

  • Opened, used, or altered products
  • Missing original packaging (labels, cartons, etc.)
  • Requests raised after 7 days of delivery
  • Damaged or missing items reported after 2 days of delivery

How Are Returns Processed?

  • Approved returns will be picked up within 5–7 business days.
  • Products will be sent to our warehouse for quality inspection.
  • Upon approval, a refund or replacement will be initiated.
  • Replacement products will be delivered within 7–8 business days.

Order Cancellations

Customers may cancel their order at any time before it is shipped.

Refund Process

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 3–5 working days.
  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Customers must provide valid bank account details for refund processing.

Refund Timeline

  • Cancelled orders: Refunds processed within 3–5 working days.
  • Returned orders: Refunds processed after successful quality inspection.

Partial Order Returns

Yes, eligible products from an order may be returned individually within 7 days of delivery.
