CANCELLATION & EXCHANGE POLICY

We at Ira Fashion follow a very customer-friendly policy to ensure your purchases are free of any stress or issues. We are always with you, before and after your purchase. As an additional measure, we encourage everyone to read through the product description given with products related to fabric type, design, and measurements that help you make your decision. We would love to respond and assist you with ordering.

CANCELLATIONS

If you change your mind after you have placed an order, we will not be able to cancel the order.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will contact you to ask for your preference and would be glad to support you with whatever decision you take concerning your order. The outfit does not include any embellishments or ornaments that are shown in the images. They are used only for photography purposes.

WHEN EXCHANGE IS NOT ACCEPTED?

1. Exchange - Return not accepted due to colour Difference. A 10-15% Colour difference might be there due to screen resolution and lights.

2. Exchange - Return not accepted if the Customer does not like the material or colour of the product order. We use the best quality material in the market and all product details are mentioned in the Product description. We would suggest you please read all the details before placing the order. 

3. Exchange - Return not accepted due to any other reasons leading to a sudden change of mind after placing the order.

4. Exchange - Return not accepted for articles on sale, Holi Collection, Bags, Jewellery, and Sarees.

5. Exchange - Return not accepted for custom stitching articles and Dress Materials.

 

EXCHANGE PROCESS DUE TO SIZE ISSUES

1. Please refer to the size details mentioned on each product page before confirming your order. In case you are not sure about your size, we recommend you go for one size up for the perfect fit for you.

2. If you still face issues with the size once you receive the product, please send an email to contact@irafashion.in mentioning the order number and the details mentioning the issue you are facing within 2 Days once you receive your order.

3. Our team will be assisting everyone on a case-to-case basis. After 2 Days, the order will not be eligible for exchange.

4. Kindly take note we cannot assure you of offering the exchange as it depends upon the availability of your size in your design at that time. Exchange is allowed Once Per Order Only. Additionally, it will involve INR 200 additional charges per item (to be paid in advance) to cover logistics expenses incurred with reverse pick-up and re-dispatch of your order.

5. If our reverse pickup facility is not available for your pin code, you have to arrange for shipping of such product to us and we will send you the replacement it will involve INR 100 additional charges per item (to be paid in advance) to cover logistics expenses.

EXCHANGE PROCESS DUE TO DAMAGED PRODUCTS

1. It’s extremely unlikely for you to receive damaged / defective or incorrect products, as we have our QC team carefully checking all outfits before dispatching them. However, in a rare scenario, if you face such issues, we would be happy to assist you with the exchange of the same.

2. No exchange without a 360-degree parcel opening video (clearly showing the damage).

3. Please send us an email at contact@irafashion.in with details of the issues you are facing along with the order opening video for verification purposes along with product images within 2 days once you receive your order.

4. All returns will be subject to our verification. Once your return request is received and verified. We will notify you of the approval or rejection (along with a valid justification).

5. Once it’s approved, we will arrange for the reverse pick up and dispatch a replacement of the same product your way if available. Exchange is allowed Once Per Order Only. In case it’s not available we would provide you a store credit of the same amount. The validity of the credit voucher issued will be of 30 days. 

RETURNS / EXCHANGES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Kindly note that orders received from overseas are not eligible for cancellation, returns or exchange for any reason.

COURIER RETURNS DUE TO UNAVAILABILITY OF RECIPIENTS OR REFUSAL TO ACCEPT ORDERS BY RECIPIENTS.

  • Customers need to bare the shipping cost while returning the products.

  • To re-courier the order, the Customer Needs to e-mail contact@irafashion.in, The Customer needs to Pay Rs.200 in advance for re-courier charges.

  • We will not refund the shipping charges paid by you while purchasing the item.

  • In the case of orders with free shipping, the shipping cost of Rs.200/- would be deducted from the refund to store credit.

  • We will not refund the customs duties or taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at the time of receiving the goods.
